We use a range of digital design software including Exocad, 3 Shape and Sirona In-lab. These modern digital tools allow us to predictably and reliably create restorations that offer high levels of accuracy that can be achieved repeatedly. The combination of our skill and artistry and the design tools available within these systems delivers a standard of technical work that is hard to beat.

Can I see the restorative design before it is milled?

Yes, the software allows us to send you a copy of the file for final approval or modification before it’s milled, which can save time and money.
Can I come to lab and see the digital offerings you have?

Yes, we welcome visits from clinicians and we would be happy to demonstrate the technology and software we have available.

MATERIAL CHOICES

We have a vast array of materials at our disposal, from highly aesthetic all-ceramics and composites, including Ivoclar e.max, Vita Triluxe and multilayer aesthetic Zirconia discs, to milled non-precious alloys. We also use a range of laser sintered precious alloys for our full gold crowns. We can help guide the clinician in choosing the correct material they wish to use for the final restoration. We are always on hand to offer advice and info to ensure the best possible outcome.

ART & iDesign

Once an aesthetic coping or bridge framework has been designed and milled using CADCAM, we then use the ART layering and intelligent design techniques to complete many of the all-ceramic crowns and bridges we produce. ART layering techniques allow us to create the most aesthetic of restorations for the most exacting cases.

When we are producing full-contour crowns, we use the iDesign technique. This allows results in exceptionally strong and highly aesthetic restorations.
